OVERVIEW

Our most popular offering, this highly experiential workshop helps leader’s to learn more about their emotional intelligence and how it is affects their day-to-day leadership. Using the scientifically validated EQ-i Leadership report self-assessment, participants will see how they measure up in 15 areas of emotional intelligence. This information is then used to help participants identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth, and develop their personalized development plan.

The Adaptable Organization

OVERVIEW

An innovative, experiential learning experience that combines the Adaptability Quotient (AQ) and complex organizational systems principles. This workshop explores individual and team AQ and the links between adaptability and effectiveness within complex organizational systems. We will also examine how misunderstandings happen across organizational lines, how we fall into traps that inhibit our ability to integrate, and how partnership across boundaries can increase productivity and effectiveness.

Explore individual EI and the links between personal EI and effective leadership within complex organizational systems. The Emotionally Intelligent Organization workshop looks at all aspects of emotional intelligence and explores the principles in a live, hands-on workshop. We invite participants to share an interactive activity around human systems dynamics; connecting predictable system issues with how emotional intelligence influences both dysfunction and effectiveness within those systems.
