The focus in our leadership workshops is to go beyond simply helping leaders understand their emotional intelligence, adaptability or other assessment results. We help leaders to recognize the benefits of developing their EQ and AQ, as well as creating meaningful, practical action plans. These are not seminars where participants sit and listen to lectures.
