Few people will argue that our world today is becoming more complex and more demanding. To be successful, individuals, teams, and organizations must master the skills to be resilient in the face of these ever increasing challenges. Leaders play a pivotal role in this task, and with the right knowledge and information, they can help those in their team become more ‘hardy’. By understanding the factors that create stress, and developing strategies to mitigate its effects, leaders can help both themselves and others to thrive in these uncertain times.
